Yes I am but find it intriguing as to why some posters go awol after a couple of great results.
How nice would it be for them to hold their hands up and admit they might have been wrong?
No apologies required as we all have our own opinions. I respect that.
Surely they must be running out of negatives now?
Positive?

Bywater .............. had we been on the back of 4 consecutive defeats then those "in the know" would have been all over these boards today telling us they knew it would be like this from the outset.
Most on here want to engage, to discuss and hell yes even argue. But most provide balance and will concede if they're wrong.
The sages are deafeningly silent this morning. Is it anyone wonder they get labelled as they do ?

I still want Cellino out
I don't trust him at all
At best we will be a lower prem selling club
At worst it will be another admin as he would not go easily
He could get us promoted and I still think we could do a lot better. Fan or part fan ownership is the only way we can stop the vultures
Nothing in his 20 odd year history points to anything else than mediocrity.
So cellibers. Let it rain.

I really appreciate reading these boards for news, especially the match reports from those of you lucky, dedicated and wealthy enough to attend ER regularly.
I had grave misgivings about MC. I'm still not wholly convinced that he has what it takes to run a successful Championship, let alone Premiership, outfit, especially after the McDermott-Hockaday fiascos. Even so, the recent reconstruction of the squad and the great results/performances have really swung me towards hoping that something good is finally happening at our club.
There does seem to be something of a lynch mob mentality on these boards sometimes. People have a right to express themselves, whether they are constantly moaning or not. I think Jonty has been given a rough ride recently, but he's only one of the most visible sceptics. I don't agree with a lot of what he writes but that doesn't matter - he has the right to say what he wants.
That 'drearies/cheeries' characterisation that was running through this board recently was very childish and led to a them and us pack mentality arising. It was not only silly but also counterproductive to the development of healthy discussion. It's that sort of thing that needs to be knocked on the head.

Agree Jaz on all accounts, but would also like to add that those 'denying' someone access to a thread just because they disagree with an opinion is also childish

This thread isn't about everyone having the same opinions. It isn't about knocking anyone in particular.
It's about the reasons some of the negative posters seem to vanish once things start to go well.
We've probably had the best run of games for a long time. The players we have now are quite obviously better than we had under the last few managers and they are young to boot.
Love or hate Cellino I think most are still a little wary of him. However even the most ardent haters must agree that things have gone rather well the last four games.
I'd just love just one of them to acknowledge that at least. No need to change their overall stance on Cellino's tenure at this stage or ever!

It is going well over these last 4 games
Its a good job as we now have an unsackable manager in cellino
Let's hope nothing ever goes wrong though as we are stuck with him
It mad Real Madrid or barca have never appointed Cellino to be their manager hes obviously great at it

That's better! You see it's not that painful 😀
I'll ignore the sarcasm 😜

There's being critical and there's showing zero support and slating everything, every time you post, don't need fans like you, that's if you're even a Leeds fan.

Exile - good point. Simply posting an alternative view is often met with accusations of trying to start an argument!
Bottom line is Leeds United is moving in the right direction.
Real Madrid and Barcelona aren't as big as Leeds United so he wouldn't want to go there.

I agree with most of what you say but Jonty reaps what he sows. I don't think he'd get a rough ride if he showed a bit of humility. I certainly think he'd have a more enjoyable time on here if he passed comment with a little more balance and less of the holier than thou approach to other posters.
It's for him to realise his position in the great scheme of things and for him to look at how his approach is considered by others. It isn't one or two noticing his style of posting, it's numerous. Look back (or think about the so called lynch mob mentality) over the comments you are referring to and you'll see it is he that is the common denominator. That is not by accident.
He could make his JA606 experience so much better.
Jonty, I hope the family are on the mend
