Imagine if we got a win, this board would self combust with disbelief going on what you lot are writing

Personally I reckon this has got 1-1 or 2-2 draw all over it with us going ahead and then conceeding annoyingly late. I do think our players will play very well but as we know thats not always enough in these games.

Our players are due a big performance and should be fired up after the embarassment of that pathetic showing last season.

Godfather.....do you believe we have improved enough on last season to earn ourselves a draw?
Also, bare in mind our injuries, Chelsea's current form etc, I really can't see us getting anything.
Will be same old, same old. Players haven't got that winning mentality to get the performance of last season out of their minds. They will talk and talk and talk all week about how much they are up for it etc (The Ox being one player already) and 2, 3, 4 minutes in we concede and it will be game over.

we got beat 6 nil last season

this season they have Costa and Fabregas and look a better team, we look no better really and with our injuries added to that and how toothless we look generally, I would say its a fair assumption we will get beat

I would say between 3 and 5 with us possibly getting 1

Well we have already improved on the Everton result, and I actually thought we were slaughtered more in that game than the Chelsea game last season despite the score.

We have a much better depth and despite all the injuries we still have a better team to pick from than last year

Also I wouldnt be surprised to see some complaceny from the Chelesa players, despite what Maureen tells them; last year was probably the easiest match of their season. Just like everyone here thinks its a foregone conclusion, no doubt the Chelsea players will be thinking the same.

Dont get me wrong, we are odds on to lose for a reason, but got a sneaky feeling about this game. I was worried before the spurs game because every gooner and spu.d i spoke to said we would roll them over and lo and behold our players were too complacent and spurs were fired up. Im getting that same feeling now

This Chelsea team you are all creaming about have 16 points from 6 games. We had 15 points from our first 6 games last season. Its just form.

you are all going over the top in your ratings of them. Like us this time last year, they are in superb form, but when two top teams go against each other anything can happen, you all thinking we will conceed a tennis score is just childish, last year was a freak.

The "sucking off" of Chelsea as you put it is a little cringeworthy if I'm honest. We're not invincible. Thought I suspect people are basing their predictions not how strong we are but more a result of their frustrations of the current management and it's clouding their judgment

On a sidenote godfather. You seem to be someone who if arsenal win. You will have no qualms in telling people how wrong they were. If arsenal lose you will tell people that it's only chelsea, it's only one game which won't define their season and that they should stop being dramatic. basically it's a win win for you on here.

I think people should be allowed to air their frustrations. Shows how attached they are to their team. Imagine if the fans are the ground were told they had to keep their emotions in check win lose or draw. Impossible. This is the same. It's a forum designed to let posters discuss the issues at their club. Positive or negative.

This isn't posters having breakdowns after just 4 premier league games into the season. It's probably years of seeing their team and management make the same mistakes over and over again.. Don't think arsenal fans are just venting because they're not blowing teams away since the start . It's more the straw that has probably broken the camel's back

Ive noticed several posters on here who used to be good posters that used to have a right laugh on here. Theyve turned into right miserable sods on here.

Maybe you think they shouldn't let it bother them so much. I'd say that just shows how much they care.
