If you were Darko

what would you do in terms of team you put out for tomorrow's match v Reading?

And, would you invite Redfearn to join you in dugout?

Of course we can afford to rest players, we've a decent bench.

Tonge
Murphy
Sharp
Cooper
Taylor

All decent cover. People are talking like we've only got 11 good players, we've a decent squad, but we shouldn't be making wholesale changes anyway.

That's Redfearn's special skill - he knows how other teams play in our country. Did he get lucky with the results v the four he was in charge of, in relation to our own tactics? Probably.

Are u implying winning those 4 games was fluke? Serious question devoid of smarm bte

Tonge and Murphy aren't up to the task. Taylor should not replace Silvestri as a keeper does not need resting.

Cooper I'd like to see more of but generally speaking I wouldn't break up a cb partnership in the making

What I meant is that we're not in a luxurious position of still being confident of getting a result when our strongest 11 isn't playing. Can you honestly say you'd expect to beat Reading with Tonge and Murphy bossing our midfield?

There are certain positions where we have decent cover to come in, but our midfield is not one of them, especially if we're persisting with the diamond.

In terms of swapping out the entire team, then of course we can't rotate like that, but Murphy or Tonge coming into the team I would have no issue with at all and I'm talking about Charlie Taylor.

Mike - during each of those games there were great opportunities for the opposition that could have killed us off. Football is often not black and white, and I would say there were times when we rode our luck and came out smiling in the end.

What it did do was up the confidence, and provide an assurance that the close passing game keeping the ball and tiring the opponents mixed with fast counter attacking at the right time will produce benefits.

Unlike v Brentford, where we were never at the races. Can I prove it was a fluke, or the opposite? No. It's an opinion that there were elements of luck involved, as in any sporting contest

I hear you mate, but just like with boxing u can have ur man on the ropes and going for the finish, but if u dnt and he finishes the round, he now knows he can take ur best shots and start to fight back.

We fought back and deservedly rescued our own fate. We have not ridden our look when u factor in all those aspects, a game is 90 minutes not 20, we have shown we can make the end of the round and come out swinging.

imo of course.

I suspect Darko was given plenty of advice by Redfearn & others before the Brentford game. The side wasn't a great deal different to the one that beat Huddersfield considering one was an enforced change.

The Leeds United position is always heavily scrutinised given our illustrious history and recent trials and tribulations. Milanic strikes me as a sensible individual, one of who do his absolute best to make this opportunity a qualified success.

Would I have Redfearn next to me? Don't know. Grayson rarely had Snodin in the dugout but he was available by phone sitting in the stands.

We expected hiccups. We have a better squad that's still to get into its stride. Reading will be a good test for us.

I don't expect many changes to the side but maybe a more offensive strategy. I'd like to see Montenegro get a run out too.

Let's hope we see a return to confidence and a good performance, one that we know the squad is definitely capable of.
