Ultimately, I thought he showed some glimpses but was also caught out by physicality and pace of the match. Substitute appearances to get him used to things would be a good idea.

He held his own physically against a physical side. He was floored once, i remember him holding the ball up on the flank and shrugging off players a few times.
I can understand Darkos frustrations, but at the end of the day he has to play the lad at some point as he is performing in the development squad and is a Cellino player.
After last nights introduction Darko has a conundrum as to whether to start the kid. The problem with using him as a sub, is that he then gets used to blitzing for 20 to 25 minutes when the game is either won or being chased. So his match confidence and familiarity will be served a greater justice if he starts.

LIW....IMO the panic sets in when he knows he's the last line of defence & there is no pass on for him, in midfield theoretically he should have a pass available for at least 95% of the time forwards or backwards or sideways....he can tackle, the only question is can he hold onto the ball & hold off challenges I think he can......

Id rather he panicked in midfield rather than on the box. Im not saying he is a central midfielder, but at him most advanced at the base of the diamond.

Bellusci is better at the back. Will be good there for years to come. I agree, Adryan impressed and didn't look lightweight at all. Should be starting sometime soon.

He's a ball playing centre half, I know us leeds fans haven't seen one for over 10 years until now, but no bloody way he's a midfielder, no way.
Had a poor game last night, but he's actually really impressed me this season, need to settle.

Got to agree with Harrogate never a midfielder
This is strange but last week people were saying put him in midfield for his passing, now the same people saying put him in midfield because he's a liability on the ball at the back

He can be both at same time.
He makes silly mistakes at the back, but when he has some space, which i think he would have just in front of back 4, I think he could be useful.
Personally I don't think he'll get moved, so we have to accept that he will costs us some goals and howlers along the way.
