I can understand why that might have been a concern for him, new to the club, you would want to settle and get things going as soon as possible.

However now he is settled, he is playing well and he has scored some goals.

Less pressure on him as a player to find his feet and now he can focus on his game a little more.

Personally I think that would translate into a better partnership with those around him and i think as a result we would see him and sharp work better together

It's a coaches job to nip that kind of attitude in the bud. They need to all play as a team,. no room for any ego's I'm afraid.

And when we have a coach in place for more than two minutes I'm sure he will get right on it.

I think we can do better than Sharp and Morison, I'd give Salerno the task of finding two, younger and hungrier players to replace them with and then move them on. By the end of this season (going on Massimo Cellino's own suggestion) we should be looking to a promotion push next season (although this season is still IMO a possibility..! )

Hunt can go too.

Maybe we should try Sharp and Doukara as one partnership and Ant and Morison as plan B

I am in agreement until January. We have to at the mo'

My point is I believe if we can move them on we should, we can acquire better, probably for less and certainly more enthusiastic.

We certainly need to fully utilise the personnel that we have.

I'll not voice my opinion on this topic. Just in case........
