As much as I don't agree with all the points raised in this article I do see some truth in a couple of things. I don't think most of the mistakes are actually his fault.
I think Poch is going the existing squad until January to prove they are better than the new signings. I think by Feb 2015 we shall see a team with Poch's identity.
This was probably what was agreed with Levy prior to him getting the job. There was no need for a huge summer over-haul without Poch having a proper assessment of the squad.
My only fear is that this approach may have cost us a few points by then but I still believe this approach to be the best way forward provided Levy gives him at least 3-4 transfer windows to stamp his authority on the squad and our playing style.

I'm happy with Poch it's the average players & levy that's annoying me more!
Yea I normally go to the games at the Lamex stadiun as only takes about 20 mins from where I am!
