Sturridge had a good goal scoring season but let's not go overboard.....

Besides I think England need Welbecks work rate more, not that Sturridge takes his club form to international level. Whereas Welbeck does and actually has a similar ratio to Sturridge for England even though Sturridge has played as a 9 for more of his appearances.

Wellbeck has been by far the better player over the past month. Sturridge's goal record for October has been woeful. Do you think this is lack of natural ability, or confidence, poor positional play? What's gone wrong for Sturridge?

Sturridge is better at the moment but Welbeck could do what Sturridge did when he went to Pool... both are better than Rooney though.
