Wolves come with a good win against Boro under their belts, we managed a draw away at Norwich so this should be interesting, the trouble is Jackett will have done his homework and he'll know we're a bit predictable and will set up his team to reflect that..............not easy to predict this one, but I think we'll surprise a few people I'm going 2-0 Adryan (Home debut goal) and either Sharp or Morison to get the other

Over to You.................Everyone Welcome...............Post your Prediction's , Scorers and have a bit of banter ...............

Come Onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn Leeeeeeeeeeeeeeds!!!

Wolfie; "By the way his track record is not exceptional, despite your admiration of the fella."

I think several Championship titles and a World Cup Quarter Final should be attractive enough for Leeds, who I think need a strong person at the helm, if only to get them promoted.

Interesting comments from Ben Parker

"In that aspect, he has saved the club. You've got to look at it from both sides because he has done well for the club, but at the moment, there is a bit of uproar with the way that he is treating the managers. There is no stability, but maybe he should be given a little more time to see where he can take the club. Without Cellino coming in, the club was in dire straits under the previous owners."

Dunno if out of his depth is right or not, but he does have one of the worst win records in premier league history.
That probably explains why he as yet to be given a prem job in his long career.

He only has a high defeat record because he had 4 seasons with teams in the division. As I said most managers that go into the premier league get sacked within a year to eighteen months, are you saying that makes them better?

I was talking win percentage, he has the lowest of any manager to have over 100 games and one of the lowest from all managers to have managed in the prem altogether.

For me his style isn't good enough for the prem and isn't a long term approach, but he is an excellent champo manager and Leeds could do a lot lot worse.

Who used the phrase "out of his depth" anyway? It would help if the post that was being responded to was quoted to save looking back. In any case, my discussion with the Leeds fans was about getting promoted from this division, and nothing about the Premier League, so any references to that are irrelevant.

I notice Cinci twice uses the phrase "one of the worst". That suggests there were worse "performers". Who were they out of interest? How many were worse?

posted on 27/10/14

I think about 7 or 8 were worse, including TC

Thanks

9th worst doesn't quite have the same negative impact, does it?
