Spurs fan in peace.
Last season, Liverpool finished a strong second played some great football with some exceptional performances.
In the summer, the club spent 120 million pounds on improving the side. This in theory put Liverpool in a very strong position at the start of the season and many expected them to at least replicate the heights of last season.
My two questions are as follows:
1. On a scale of one to ten, what do you think Liverpool's current chances are in the title race?
I hear you have some easier games coming up so you might pick up lots of points against what GB usually describes as 'lesser sides'.
2. If you are pessimistic of Liverpool's title chances, do you think Rodgers secretly regrets saying that Spurs should be competing for the title after spending 100 million pounds?

so in a 38 game season that would equate to 13 points, well so that year of bedding in that spurs players needed so badly would have equated to a 2 point gain
