Six games

It really looks like 6 games is the acid test for our owner - and two of our three coach-managers this season so far have failed miserably in that time.

I still believe Hockaday wasn't given the right time, but also that the team never took to him, so it was the right decision.

Milanic totally changed the training methods according to the players - what an idiot. It was very clear they were not interested in working for him.

But in Redfearn, the team may have been lucky on occasion, but they worked darned hard and earned those points. Will it work out this time? Who knows?

32 days? I'm not sure I would have given him that long. But it at least takes the Clough issue out of the equation.

Come on you mighty whites, and come on Redfearn - and come on Cellino. Time to take some self-assessment lessons and understand your own contribution to what is happening. I'm not worried about us, this was always a consolidation year, and I'm certainly not worried that we have got rid of Hockaday or Milanic.

But I am worried slightly about the ethos that brought either of those managers here - time to change the record Cellino and up your game
