It's a kerfuffle 2014/2015 season

..........................................................
..........................................................

On a new thread LIW asks the question

"When will this nightmare end ??"

Read his thread, try and find the alternative he wants or suggests. He doesn't mention one. Back to the same old same old...?

Anyone but Bates, only now anyone but Cellino..!

Anyone for Flowers or Farnan or some mythical un-named white knight on a big horse riding up and saving the club...? Like others have championed in the past.

We've got rid of Bates, we've got rid of GFH. Our debts are manageable. We've got a massive influx of football talent (with probably more to come) we're still in the process of removing the deadwood (a couple yet to go) and Cellino's biggest crime, as it appears to me, is he is a bit naïve and unsure of what a quality coach is...?

He also appears to be trying too hard to be a fans favourite, they call for a sacking he does the business. Bates used to get stick for sticking with managers when they were failing...? Strange isn't it...?

Good luck to Neil Redfearn, he's going to need it.

Cellino may not be his only problem.

I don't think HFL agrees LeedsLuvr

So you have never criticised anything GFH or Bates have done Eric?

Here is some actual common sense for you;

We are 18th in the League and it's the chairman's fault!

That is the bottom line. And everyone can see that surely?

That's rubbish Faith.

We've got a squad of young exciting players. We all know if we can get a good 'coach' in and get them playing well, we could be very dangerous and enjoyable to watch.

The squad has depth and every new player will only get even better once more settled.

We have no Michael Browns, Enoch's, Lees...etc anywhere near this team.

Think of our squads over the last 10 years....mostly awful awful players.

At least this squad is exciting and young. And to be fair it's come from no where.

What's rubbish?

We are 18th in the league.

And who's fault is it then?

I think you'll find there is a difference between 'slagging off' and 'criticising'

I criticise those I am critical of. If Massimo Cellino deserves criticising I'll do it. Personally I think his tenure has brought more good than bad. You disagree, I'll live with that.

We are 18th in the league that is a fact, but it isn't the end of October yet...!! The league is not won in October and a lot can change over the next few months. Some of us don't feel we're quite at the slashing of wrists with a tomato stage.

Ok so you have picked out a different way of saying pretty much the same thing. Excuse me for the false accusation!

I understand that it is only October. Although will be Novemeber before we play again. But the reason we are not higher up in the league as it stands is Cellino. We should be higher in the league.

You say it is too early to be getting down about results. But in the same time frame as it is too early to be down about results you think it is normal to have sacked 2 managers. Very interesting.

So far Cellino has done everything how I expected he would. And when I was saying this is what I thought would happen, you were telling me lines like 'Cellino won't do that here, he will know it's different in England' but now he is doing it. You stick by him anyway.

He has sold our best player, and not replaced him with any players of the same quality. Spending around half the fee received mostly on cheap squad players.

He has gone for the cheap options as manager and made the wrong choices, sacking 3 managers in less than 6 months.

But he has hopefully bailed us out financially. That's a massive thank you! It really is. But while he is doing the above we are never going to get promoted and be successful. So in the end what have we actually gained?

Even if we do start to spend more money than we receive on transfers, which I doubt. As he has never done that before. He won't give the manager a choice of signings.

At the moment our biggest problem is lack of width. AGAIN! Why do we have a lack of width? Because we don't have the players to give us width. Why don't we have those players? Because Cellino decided we didn't need any. Who does Cellino blame for poor results? The dispensable coach who's house his dart landed closest to when he threw it at a map blindfolded. And the longer this continues, the fewer and fewer coaches or managers will want to be anywhere near the job. Why would they want to be in that position Eric?

Like you say good luck to Redfearn, he is definitely going to need it!!!

HFL,

in all honesty, who's job is it to deliver results?

Our so called best player last season isn't doing much this season in a team that has other strikers in it.

Hock was not a good choice as a coach, I agree with that, however, what we got from Hocks was a much fitter team and a team playing football on ground, something BM couldn't seem to achieve cos he loves hoofball.

Hock left us a legacy and started the ball rolling, so we did achieve something out of his appointment.

Redders continued with the fitness training and playing good football, he added, and I say added his own input and the result was 3 wins, 1 draw.

Under Redders the players looked better, inspired and looked to be enjoying themselves.

Darko came along, tinkered with Redders team, changed the training schedule putting more emphasis on tactical and cutting down on fitness.

We suffered cos Darko made mistakes and changed things around.

I can't see out of the 3 coaches that Cellino is to blame, I just can't see it.

You say it's Cellino's fault, therefore, Cellino must also be the reason that we had 3 wins and 1 draw under Redders, and 1 win under Hock.

----------------------
Does he do the half time team talks?

If so, then I agree.

If not....then the team/formation he has picked for the games Vs Rotherham/Wolves worked very well first half of both games.

Whatever was said at halftime was what cost us 6 points from these 2 games.

Why don't we have those players? Because Cellino decided we didn't need any.

Bit of an assumption there HFL.

Don't we have Montenegro and Ajose who are both happy playing wide.....?

And I agree with Jud, I can't really see Massimo Cellino giving the team talks at half time.

Darko Milanic will have done that (by the way that's not me 'slagging off' Darko Milanic that's me giving an opinion)
