what? You only read jummah on a rare occasion when you off from work, what about every other Friday, or 5 times a day?

Not only is this response narrow minded, it is also wrong. Praying five times a day is compulsory however there are occasions when people don't or can't due to many circumstances or conditions, so as long as they make up for the prayers they miss, and there is a good reason as to why the prayers aren't being done on time, it is acceptable.
