Worth looking through over next week or so.

I'm sure the link I put up would bring some fond memories back for you, care to share a few?

I am getting on a bit but not that much that I would have fond memories from the link you put up 1920-29 !!

My big brother took me to see Leeds in September 1952 against Barnsley and we won 4-1 with John Charles scoring. From then on I was hooked on both Leeds and John Charles. For the rest of that season he couldn't stop scoring.
If you look at the period from mid Oct 1952 to the end of the season John Charles was in full flow.
I did not get to see many more games, around 4 or 5 I think, before my dad got a new job in Co Durham and that was the end of my dream to watch and even play football at ER.

I did get to see some Leeds matches in Newcastle and Sunderland and was overjoyed when we won. I was devastated in '73 when Sunderland beat Leeds in the FA Cup final. It took years and years to stop the jokes I endured from local workmates after that.

Even today we see articles and comments about the Gentle Giant:

Like many many Leeds fans all over the world we watch over the club and still dream of returning to the glory years of the past.

I wasn't suggesting you were that old PSD.

The link I put up goes through different eras from then untill now.

I would'ave loved to have seen John Charles play, but a bit before my time.

The Revie era is when I come into it.....

Great to look back, some wonderful memories in them pages, but it is also good to look forward.

Let's hope this current crop and those who come later write as interesting a history.

Onwards and upwards

It's good to see some have memories worth reminiscing about...!

Once a history book is written it can not be altered.
