Agree with Boggers, we used to loan out a lot of players. Need to start signing 1 or 2 experienced players. Someone to boss the midfield with Cook, Bianchi, Mowatt and Adryan.

I am not advocating throwing all the kids in at once, but I am hoping we see some come through and prosper as senior players. A mixture of old heads and some youngsters is the ideal.

Longevity is the word. I want sustained success.

I'm concerned he'll go overboard. He's already obsessed with our youth players, with this one though, is he really going to get ahead of Antenucci, Doukara, Sharp and Morrison..... Unlikely

But he's a midfielder Shaun, not a striker.

I think there are other games at play here. It's not necessarily that Redders wants to blood him, but maybe he has no choice due to others having plans that will force his hand.

I'm told some of our best players haven't been born yet......

To put a dampener on a thread, and I apologise for this, I read in a paper today that one of the youngsters that lost their life in that awful collision in Doncaster was the 16 year old brother of Alex Cairns.

My condolences to him and all the other bereaved families.

Awful for all the families involved. Loss of life in such a nonsensical way is a real tragedy.
