We are struggling because we have a totally inept manager.

We are scraping results but in all honesty the games are more comfortable than the scorelines suggest.

I fully back the managers culture change which will take time. He is trying to change players to work the system. Players who are so ingrained to 4-4-2 or 3-5-2 they know of no other way. Either they will shape up and learn or be replaced by those who can.

It won't happen overnight but so long as results come in then we continue to achieve expectations.

In a year to 18 months we can appraise. We are getting results in EL. This is down to the system. In the past we have played 4-4-2 then changed just for Europe and expect results.
