Tomasso Bianchi 5 doesn't do enough for me, not mobile enough

Silversti - 7, looks like a good keeper, I can't give him 8 cause I have to admit some doubt has creeped in on my part, seems to be making the odd error here and there, but I think in time he could be a player we want as our number 1 for years to come

Taylor - 8, now this might seem odd, particularly when I say I think Silvestri is the better option in goal, why would I rate him higher if that's the case?

Well if you think about it what was he brought in for? It was to sit on the bench, offer good cover and make us all feel nice and calm that we have a good experienced keeper to have as back up if needed. Done that job to perfection, I had my doubts but from what I have seen if anything happened to our number one I have no doubts he would step in. So overall perfect signing really

Berardi 3 - sent off twice and Byram is better, very poor signing.

Cooper 7 - looks like he will improve too, could have given him an 8 to be honest, but if I'm saying Silvestri gets a 7 cause of the odd mistake than I have to rate down cooper too cause Blackburn was a clanger.

Bellusci - 4 apart from that free kick I think he is poor, positionally he is weak and he gets pulled about, on top of that I now think he will struggle to get in the side meaning the best way for him to improve, game time, is not there for him anymore

Bianchi 5 - average in my opinion, therefore gets a five, no better than most signings but not the worst, so five, think he needs to do more.

Sloth - 3. Like I said with Bianchi. If the best signing in the league was 10 and the worse was 0 than you look at all the signings made in the championship and can you say this guy has been on the upper side of the middle, done nothing and looked poor doing it.

Adryan 7 - took a while to settle so gets a 7. Give him a few more games and I'll probably up it to 8. Looks a good player, love his work rate, but we have had plenty of players with work rate, Michael brown had work rate, but this kid seems to have that something in his locker. Think he will be an import player for us this year.

Ant - 8 best signing we have made, was worried he was a keogh type player, loved his work rate but was not sure he would get enough goals, seems to have the goals, I actually toyed with giving him a 9, however he can be a little selfish and I think that limits him.

Douk - 8, but while I think a lot of my rating have scope to go up as we go through the year this is the one I think has the most likelihood to go down. I'm just a little unsure about his ability over a season, still you can't fault him, and if I am judging players on the here and now I just can't fault the lad.

Sharp 3 - realistically it's probably a 4, but truth be told I'm so disappointed with what I thought was going to be a great signing that I've knocked off an extra point.

The rest are pointless rating, however if these are players who we are supposed to be looking at for the future than they just seem pointless to be honest.

Overall I think there has been some good buys, however the era of deadwood does appear to be no where near ending

Errr, excuse me Faith, I don't make anything up.

Please don't try and compare me to Luvr.

Thank you so much.

15 signings made. I believe a few were made with an eye on the future, not to create a completely new match day squad.

Also bear in mind we have been quite fortunate with respect to injuries and suspensions. Accordingly, we have not had to go too deep into the squad yet. All very well opining we should have signed fewer but higher quality until we need to dig deep.

Jonny, you say that, but we've used at least 27 players on pitch at some point for first team this season, yet as you can see from your comment, it doesn't feel that way, it feels like we're playing the same old same old each week.

Could understand that Del Fabro, Montenegro and Benedidic for example might be ones for the future but how can you make a decision on whether you make their loans permanent or not when you never see them play for the first team?

Would much rather have made 7 signings of better quality who could make a difference now, not maybe in 3 years.

What's this 'we've conceded more goals from Warnock/Pearce's side" rubbish? Care to prove it?

How about these stats:

Pearce has made 141 clearances to Bellusci's 107.
Pearce has made 22 blocks to Bellusci's 12.
Pearce has won 52 aerial duels compared to Bellusci's 17.
Pearce has also not had any 'errors leading to goals' whereas Bellusci has.

Stats don't tell the whole story, but absolutely nothing shows that we had more goals down the left than the right.

" Jonny, you say that, but we've used at least 27 players on pitch at some point for first team this season..."

I say what?

Only 27? With 3 different head coaches all with different styles. Amazed that it is so low.

say that!

"we have not had to go too deep into the squad yet."

Actually, make that 30, there's only 6 who haven't played for first team yet this season.
