Matt Smith to Bristol City

Such a shame. He was a good plan B option for us.

Cruel game!

Huckerby was ok, David White, Derek Parlane, George McCluskey & John Pearson can go on your original list Stevie.

He wasn't but okay I'll accept you had seats with a limited view........ Yes, the new names can be added to what looks like an impressive list......!

I watched Huckerby on his debut against Derby County from memory. An uninspiring 0-0 draw and not much else to report except it took us almost 90 minutes to get out of the car park that is now the Park'n'ride.

He scored a few with his feet, but had zero ability on the ball.

Can't remember the last game of last season where he deftly lifted the ball over the advancing keeper. I think he was work in progress, he didn't start til late after all.

He's been better than a good few to wear the sacred shirt.

Stoopo

There was mention of this two days ago. I am surprised he is being shipped out so quickly by Fulham.

That said, he might not have settled in London.

I see another "poorly treated" former player has been released by his current club. Jamie Ashdown leaving Crawley Town. I hope he had plenty of notice, in writing.......

I'm sorry but smith was awful in the air.

He could barley jump so his height was often negated and he would get out jumped by players much smaller than him.

Add to that he had a head like a fifty pence and you are getting somewhere close to the place he is at.

Couldn't hold a regular first team place at Oldham, here and now Fulham.

Nice guy but a slow and below average player.

He was the only footballer at Leeds that was snow capped in July.

By the way is a barley jump a bit like a barley twist..?

Who remembers them...?

I remember a barley twist. Great dance just before kicking out time.
