HaveFaith, when at Leeds the talk was ripe with Bates and his deceitful ways, you think whatever he got away with he did it squeeky clean?..

He has his fingers in so many pies he makes it hard for people trying to find truths!..

Something strange about money he was making on players that didn't do a lot for the team that was in his view expected to pay for itselfe, even stranger when fans were made to pay for what they wasn't getting, but money leaked through every crack Elland Road had to offer, and Bates's true trade in life was/is making cracks even bigger then they actually are!..

He's a master at it in more ways then one!..

Germany,

You are not tellin me anything I haven't heard before.

But have you any evidence to back this up?

Like I said I'm not saying it's not true. But so far I haven't seen any evidence.

Batty

It was common knowledge that GFH would have to come to the UK to sort the deal out and the date they would was also common knowledge.

If Haigh is working with somebody then it isn't Cellino. As I said, they do not get along.

I have just had a look at the figures, and post administration Leeds Utd lost roughly £1.5million over a period of 5 years. The last year was a loss of £2million. So until that point the previous 4 years showed a profit of £500k. This is before player trading.

Right now we are seem to losing money all of the place. And this is after Cellino has made all those drastic cost cutting measures.

So if Bates could get the company almost balancing the books. While stealing millions out of it for himself. Why is it so difficult for Cellino to make things work. Bates had the company making millions a year if you don't count the millions he was supposedly stealing for himself.

GFH definitely came to the club just to pay them self large fees which caused the financial disaster. We can see that in the accounts I believe from what I have been told. So that must have stopped right?

So either Bates was an absolute genius to get the club making millions so he could smuggle all the profit for himself. Or he didn't actual manage that. Or Cellino is clueless and can't sort the finances out. Or he is stealing too?

Pro also said that private investigators working for haigh issued the writ. Do you think maybe they found out they were coming to the country while doing some investigating?

I'm not sure when they found out but we all knew so it won't have been hard for them to know. We found out the deal would have to be approved a few days after Cellino went to Bahrain, they probably knew it would have to be approved as soon as they knew of the deal given specialist knowledge of the area.

I believe this to be true, but sometimes the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

Was Bates not the one that took players on that most around here were moaning about and giving them well above their worth wages?..

He will have set the contracts and wages and all that before leaving, those long contracts, seems to have been a nicely worked plan that Leeds were still paying when the bossmanager took control!..

Out of date I know and loads will have seen, but, it still says a lot about him, oh, and even the boss of the FL has his name in there!..

KPMG, I remember saying there wasn't something right with them when they were doing the admin, it begs a question or three when you think of them letting Bates stick that "17mil" in there to stop other bidders, something else I've said lots of times, where did that 17mil go and did Bates get it back when selling up!..

Or was it never there?..

Whilst I would agree that, I don't believe the Cellino - GFH relationship has quite soured to the point that Cellino would lure them here. Cellino is struggling to retain control of the club he owns and making steps to sour that relationship more, after positive steps have been made with GFH, would only weaken his stance within the club. Having someone whom owns 25% of the club against you when you're struggling to retain your 75% really isn't a good idea.
