Horrific attack in Pakistan

Apologies for not not being a football related article but I've just got in from work to read about the the murder of 132 school children in Pakistan

http://m.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-30491435

What the fudge is this world coming to? Utterly sickening but unfortunately an all too unsurprising attack by these barbarians.

The Taliban and IS really are nasty stains on humanity

I agree with much of what you say,and linking all muslim's to the Taliban is just silly...............

The fact that groups such as ISIS and Taliban want to impose their definition of Islamism does make "religion" part of the complex politico/religious power struggle.

Convert or die demands are blatantly sectarian and religious,as are attempts to crush Christianity in many nations, along with any other non-muslim faith.
Yazidi's,kurds,Christians,Turkmen are all being targeted by islamist nutters.

Those using their definition of islam in these fundamentalist groups have made it a religious.political issue..............they are to blame.

When shia and sunni clash,is this religious?

What drives the Taliban and Isis?

These are religious fanatics.

"This attack was nothing to do with religion."
--

I know, saying this would make me unpoplar on here. But, I will say only once, which i would like to say.

This is to do WITH the religion. It was clearly evident (to the public) in the negotiations of releasing Kassig, a muslim convert and an aid-worker from IS. US negotiated with al-qaida religious leaders such as al-maqdisi in the middle east using Cohen. Unfortunately, Jordanian officials fack these negotiations by arresting al-maqdisi and IS executed Kassig in a brutal way.

al-qaida, taliban, IS, Boko-harm etc.. are like gangrene to fastest spreading religion in the world, Islam. If you keep denying it is nothing to do with the religion, it is not going to solve this gangrene.

When there was a rife in corruption and child abuse in some of the churches(Vatican), current Pope made it clear that, he is going to tackle this problem. That doesn't made Christianity as a whole is corrupt.

Someone has to stand up and take responsiblity and eliminate this brutal ideology of al-qaida and IS.

MafiaBoy

These nutjobs that you spoke about use the name of 'Islam' as their basis but in reality, they don't know the first thing about Islam and the way it should be interpreted.

Every Muslim knows that if we to kill ANY human life, it would be as if we have killed entire humanity.

I am offended that people call them 'Islamic Terrorists' as I believe they have nothing to do with Islam and as shown by the Peshawar attacks, they happily kill their own too.

These wars started with greed and will end with greed.
Greed of the likes of Blair and Bush to go to Iraq (wrongly) and mash-up their land and kill 1000's of innocent people and then the survivors, who have no money, schools or education, will seek revenge and then are braniwashed together.

Same with what happened to the Palestinian kids who were brutally murdered and as young as weeks old. However, the media turns a blind eye.

What happened in Palestine and is still happening was much worse than in Pakistan.
Kids by the Israeli army are openly taken on the streets and then murdered.
Look into social media and Youtube videos and judge for yourself

I agree that these extremist groups need to be stopped but I hope the future generations are educated to know that Islam does not any way, shape or form represent any kind of killing to innocent people.

I shall always pray for peace for everyone no matter what religion as that is what MY Islam has taught me.

That's why I don't want to talk about this on here as people don't have "informed opinions" on this issue.

How is it Blair and Bush fault, kidnapping and raping 100 women in Nigeria? What role has Blair played in Halabja Massacre?

Accepting there is a problem in the communtiy doesn't make the whole community is guilty. Anyway, i am moved on from this conversation..

--------------------
Halabja Massacre is one of the darkest moments in history but I bet you most people don't even know about it.

With Bush and Blair, and almost every powerful leader....their aim is greed and power.
Greed of oil with the former and massacring families in the process.

I'm also accepting there is a problem but what I am saying is that even though these idiots call themselves Muslims, they are the total opposite in reality and give me and most of my fellow Muslims a bad name in society and we suffer as a result.

More nutters in power will only cause more wars.
