Width - We play with two up top but its our strikers who put the crosses in. Leaving no one in the box. Its not working. Antonio was so impressive down the wing for them. We urgently need to go 442 or 4231 with Adryan on the wing, Mowatt at 10 and a new signing on the right.
Bianchi. I just dont get it. Tidy player but hes a 5 or 6 out of 10. Invisible. Replace him with an experienced holder and Cook and Mowatt will have more freedom and more direction.
Pearce. Hes a good defender and I rate him, but the defence is shakier with him.
The positives:
Sharps best game
Cook at times was brilliant
Silvestri was very good
Cooper looks like our most capable defender in a long time
Byram is getting back to his best

Basically today showed what I believe to be a be difference between a good diamond and a poor one.
We need an anchorman to protect and solidify the 2 centre halves. As it stands we have no tackler in mid with a defensive approach on the game.
Today was always gonna be the winger show. They played 5 in the mid, so our diamond was gonna get pulled over so many times as we saw ( when cook helped out Byram all those times). Leaving Bianchi who is more attack minded, to sprint back into position. Which he fails to do, meaning the centre halves are exposed and thus all over the place.

It felt like forest won the 50/50s and all loose balls came to them.
I'm sure that wasnt the case but that's how it felt and I think that stemmed from seeming to have a plan ie what to do without the ball, what to do with the ball.
Felt like we were more individuals who were trying their own thing whereas when forest got the ball they know exactly what they were going to do with it.
Not unhappy with a point away at forest when we should have list to those disallowed goals, but have to change something with the setup as it's clearly not going to win us promotion any year soon if we continue with this.

It seems that we had some luck for a change Im pleased Silvestri played well it will do his confidence a lot of good .Forest were up for this game and for once we didn't buckle Cooper I have said reminds me of Paul Madeley so I'm not surprised hes doing well .we still need an enforcer and I think that Keith Andrews who we can get for zero plus Bolton will be willing to pay a large part of his wages could be the short term answer

Lack of width is scary.
Sharp putting balls into the box isn't right is it, he should be in there finding space.
Cook found him in the box and he hits the target, but it happened once!
Physical team are Forest and they will feel hard done not to win that, but good point for us and a vital one too.
We have to beat Wigan.
