Fair play but in those situations they are usually surrounded by other management who do have that experience.

Not sure we have that.

Watching yesterday's game now and in particular, paying attention to our midfield when defending. They are quite simply absent. Many have opined that it is Bianchi's job to sit in front of the back four. I see him way too far upfield for that.

Jonny, I was disappointed that the appointment wasn't one with football experience.

I suspect that unless you were offered a place on the interview panel, then you'd be unimpressed with any recruitment by MC ..............

JLA ..... everytime I've seen Bianchi this season he's floated around midfield, very often out wide. Being honest i'm not sure what his position is - perhaps he has the same thought !! In his defence, if you watch him carefully enough, he does do a lot of the unglamorous stuff.

Sheldon, I have actually noticed bianchi making incisive penetrating passes, at least 2 or 3 per game.

JLA ..... i'm not saying he's brilliant, but he does contribute. Personally I think the midfield needs rotating more - very young, they need to be rested from time to time.

Sheldon, I think we are in agreement on Bianchi - he does more than most I here seem to give him credit for.
