Ajose didn't do too badly for us in the early stages and wasn't really given the chance to impress or settle down, but given his current form, 5 goals in 8 and being the penalty taker (scored 1, missed 1) surely we need him back and playing in our 4231 system. He's on fire in an average league one side, and were only 5/6 places away from league one, I say, bring him back.
As for taking the penalties, its usually the big characters at football teams that take them, especially the strikers. So its fair to say, he's not sitting in the corner of the room, he is in fact brimming with confidence. We need all the help we can get and correct me if I'm wrong but, ain't loan deals supposed to allow players to play, improve and build confidence??
Ye thoughts .....
Bring Ajose back

I would have him in the squad as a wide option, wasnt given enough time imo.

L1 player at best atm. Leave him where he is for now.

I'm not convinced. Remember Reg? He has his level and I don't think it's the Championship.
That said, I would bring him back and give him a place on the bench to be used as an impact sub.

I personally think it sends the wrong message out when a player can go out on loan and perform really well and not be even given a shot at getting into the team at Leeds. Remember Mike Grella constantly turning down loans because hew as better than them. Ajose has gone to a lower league team, got his head down and worked hard. Credit to the lad.

Didn't think Grella was all that good either as has been proved with his subsequent career.
In the good old days I'd agree with you Pro, the loan period was all about game time and experience, particularly with the top tier youngsters in mind.
Nowadays it's more about economics and a quick way to get cost off the books etc.. Ajose was a surprise coming in and didn't, as far as I'm aware, impress.
We need width though and with a more settled coaching infrastructure in place it's worthwhile giving him another chance.

its often mentioned about how the gap between the Premiership and the Championship is getting wider due to the advantage and money teams coming down have over everyone else in the league.
However for me Ajose is a perfect example of how the gap is also starting to widen between the Championship and League 1.
Good player in league 1, but I just dont think he will cut it with a championship side.

Somebody should tell Bournemouth and Brentford that

Our midfield is strong. The lad needs to be rewarded for his efforts by being told that if he does well in training, any behind doors matches, reserves etc. then if an opportunity in the first team arrises (IF) then he may be involved. If he comes back and doesn't train well then Redders will see that, alternatively if he does then he can give him a shot in the team and hopefully he does well.

I saw all his games for us, and he didn't look anymore out of his depth than the rest of the team. We were awful those first few games. He really didn't get a fair shot at Leeds, and he is scoring in League One.
We've got 4 strikers at the moment - Antenucci is going through a lean period, Doukara has been shown up, Sharp has got 1 penalty and Morison is yet to score.
Think he deserves a real chance.
