Working in Financial Services I'm somewhat sceptical of a business looking to create a financial vehicle without being properly regulated.
Others have raised valid questions about the levels being talked about and onward investment.
A fan-backed scheme needs 100% control of the club otherwise it's a token gesture.

So it's a method for a number of faceless anonymous people to raise money from Leeds fans so they can play owner. You can't sell your share, it's very difficult to get your money back, you only get any profit if the llp is wound up by the sale or administration of lufc, and there is nearly 100% probability you will be asked to cough up more money seeing as lufc loses money annually.
This is a 100% cost, 100% risk, 0% reward venture for every 'investor'.
Its one pro argument is emotional; you're a fan, we are fans, we all want a stake and this is your chance.
Funnily enough, I enjoy the banter of fans around games and players' form. But business decision discussions lead to such hatred and bile that this group will become divisive.
It's not for me.

As I've already said on here, they require no further investment beyond the stake and I personally inquired into that.

God help us from such schemes. A handful of regulars on here cant agree on most issues so imagine asking 100,000 ?

And you wouldn't want that on here now would you...?
I personally think we already have a voice.

I don't see anywhere within that that states that any person buying a share will be committed to investing more. As I said, Together Leeds have said themselves that no further commitment required.
