He's a cone by junction 6 on the M4.
The boy is silly.

Eric ..... leave cones alone ........... I always believe they're a much maligned but seldom appreciated important key in my travels ....
Your second observation is spot on though .....

They are very repetitive, oooh there's one, oooh there's another one, oooh there's another one...
You get the drift
He's the same when he gets on his high horse
Cellino is naughty, Cellino is naughty, Cellino is naughty....
Bellusci should be prosecuted because he's Italian and a friend of Cellino's, Bellusci should be prosecuted because he's Italian and a friend of Cellino's, Bellusci should be prosecuted because he's Italian and a friend of Cellino's.....
He's a cone.
It's a tripe spouting, drivel spreading, repetitive, bog eyed halfwit...!

Seems very reasonable. Jerome comes across as a bit thick, though.

I don't think either of them come out with a lot of credit, Jerome for the physical niggling of Bellusci or Bellusci for his comments.
Interesting to see the analysis used and hopefully those who seem to always feel the authorities are out to get Leeds can see the fair manner in which this was dealt with and be a little less paranoid in future.

What they are saying basically is that it is highly probable that Jerome didn't actually know what was said. This suggests a lack of evidence.
They then accept Bellusci's account.
They suggest it's a football game played by grown ups not a schoolgirl netball match. They expect a bit of physical contact and earthy language.
I think the legal term for such issues is 'handbags!'
Bellusci comes out of it with his reputation untarnished. Jerome as a whinger and Jonty as a desperately sad chap who now has to find something else to find to carp on about as it has totally upset his applecart.
And that last bit is funny, nearly as funny as I imagine the look on his face and the steam coming out of his ears as he read the judgement...!
'kin funny.
And now we move on.... Onwards and upwards...!

He even got his £100 back. Result!
A fair outcome, but any concept that football players don't and shouldn't use "industrial language" is far-fetched. This is the real world, not some fairly-wonderland ruled by moral arbiters.
