Definitely halfy, they have a real chance here to actually make a statement, and given the events after the game, it isn't a stretch to suggest that such a poor decision created a dark atmosphere in and around the ground.

Sako will get done for raising his hands and the other bloke will get a five match ban for outrageous silliness. The latter should not influence the former if the FA are true to form.
