All your e-mails, text messages, even phone calls are monitored.
The FBI and CIA are onto you.

On or off it doesnt matter. If you have a device that is software driven anyone with a bit of knowhow can turn it on and do whatever they want.

The ONLY way of keeping yourself away from attacks it to take away the power.I e... remove the battery.

As long as the government, CIA etc are mapping locations, messages and calls for safety reasons then I'm all for it. Haven't got anything to hide and there are plenty of caaants who get rumbled this way.

tbh now if you open google maps on your phone and hover over an airport it'll even tell you when your next flight from that airport is

im sure theres a physics answer aswell but i know iphones at least do some location services while turned off
