The YPotY vote is now on:

Surprise inclusion of Adryan by Redders. Maybe he was short of a fifth entry?

Can't see him being in the running with the little impact he's made so far.

Mike

I disagree with this comment, sorry

"U will see old man. Bet you will get him on the back of your 16/17 shirt"

U.....? It is you, text spk is for texts m8...! Not for a footie forum..! And anyway his shoulders probably aren't wide enough for that name, he'll have to have Cook or Cani on his shirt. I've seen bigger shoulders on a Guinness bottle...!

How can it not be Cook.

Made more appearances than anyone else in squad apart from Silvestri.

Surely that tells the story. absoloute mainstay at 18 years old.

Fantastic.

Cook for me, he has his quiet games but some people forget he is only 18....has bags of potential and I just hope he gets to fulfil that with us

Cook - it has to be.

Cook didn't get my POTY vote because there are clear areas in his game that need improvement, but obviously at the age of 18 (17 at the start of the season) that doesn't hinder his YPOTY vote. The shortcomings in his game are easily rectifiable and the rest of his game is beyond any other player of his age at this level in my opinion.

Young Ayer of the year is either Silvestri or Mowatt. I think that Mowatt has genuine premiership class Moreso than cook and Byram. He produces bits of magic that cook and Byram don't have in their arsenal.

My issue with Cook is that his moves can quite often lead to us giving away possession cheaply. I know he's young and that this will change, it's just what I'd be concentrating on if I was Redfearn
