They are not under-represented at all, they are very much perfectly proportionately represented when it comes to football coaching. Funnily enough I never hear about race inequality with football players. 1 in 3 football players are black despite only making up 1 in 29 of the population

That's what I mean abou being under represented, your contradicting your own arguament. If 1 in 3 footballers are black shouldn't that mean that 1 in 3 going for their coaching badges should be black?

Lost all respect for him. Never thought he would be the type to do a Sol Campbell and blame every one of his problems in life on race. Playing the race card is just as bad as racism. No John, you failed in getting a job not because of race, but because you are a sh it manager.

Also, daily reminder that 1 in 29 qualified coaches (19 out of 552) are black and 1 in 29 people in this country are black. They are not under-represented at all, they are very much perfectly proportionately represented when it comes to football coaching. Funnily enough I never hear about race inequality with football players. 1 in 3 football players are black despite only making up 1 in 29 of the population. They are massively over-represnted. Is this a problem for me? No, because the best players have been selected for the job and those have just happened to be the ethnic demographics as a result. What upsets me is the pathetic lack of consistency with race equality activists, and the confirmation that race equality activists think inequality is only a 1 way street. I don't care if 100% of people in a company are black or 100% are white, as long as the best people have been selected for the job. That is why I hate positive discrimination (a massive misnomer by the way, positive discrimination for minorities most certainly isn't positive to non-minorities), it is in direct opposition to meritocracy.

The question is....

Now he has used the race card as the reson for not getting a job, who would come forward to offer him a job?

Imagine he is doing a terrible job(not difficult with his past record), club owners decide to end his employment/contract

and forgetting to factor in the possibility that not every footballer may want to do their badges, which will skew the figures.
I think it's more likely that Barnes hasn't been given a job is because he himself has shown he has no discernible talent for it.
With the financial potential for success, clubs will hire the best available manager they can (whether they choose wisely is another matter). Perhaps JB should try being a coach to an already established manager and learning his trade, rather than whining that he hasn't had chairmen forming an orderly queue to hire him because he scored a great goal against Brazil.

No I'm not Ttliv I'm implying that if you have ratio of 1 to 3 player being black no matter what their standard then it stands to reason that in real terms 1 to 3 players would go for their coaching badges. Your the one playing with the stats, or in his case trying to get them to lie for you. Now which set of stats do you want. the national average of black to white people or the 1 in 3 average of footballers because unless you make up your mind I would say that your a white middle class daily mail reader trying to cover up something.
The fact that nor every footballer wants to do is badges would still raise the point as to why black people are less likely to do their badges than their white counterparts going off Ttlivs stats of 1 in 29 rather than the1 in 3 player ratio. As I said you cant mix your stats just to suit your case
