Danny Ings

I'm watching the England u21 vs Germany u21 game right now and am quite impressed with Ings up front. He's pacey, skillful and has a decent shot on him.

Hardly world class (yet, if ever) but he'd be cheap (£6 million) and a great option for our 3rd or 4th choice striker. I've watched him a few times this season and he looks to have a bit more to his game than Wilson and is one of a few decent English strikers coming through like Kane, Berahino and Wilson.

Lingard is playing as well and scored a good sidefooted goal against Ter Stegen. Not a bad bunch of kids. Wonder if they're in safe hands with Gareth 'miss, miss, miss' Southgate in charge.

We've already got a young English striker who deserves a chance at United

There's room in the squad for both Ings and Wilson, especially as I think Ings is a better player currently than Wilson.

Of course he's a better player currently, but if we're to continue with one up front, Wilson will need to be striker no3 to have any chance of first team football, and I'd like to see Wilson given an opportunity because he's potentially a top player

I think Wilson should go out on loan IMO. He'd benefit from playing every week at a club like Burnley or Hull.

I agree. This isn't with the benefit of hindsight but I thought he should have gone out on loan at the beginning of the season, keep Welbeck, if Wilson smashes it at Hull or Burnley bring him back and see where we stand with Welbs and Falcao afterwards.
