Good thing...? / Bad thing...?

Given his track record, would you want Leeds United to keep him at all costs or would you be happy to see him go...?

Would losing him affect the two year plan Massimo Cellino has admitted to...?

Yeah Jud i would too! my bad forgetting him - been reasonsable.

Its really quite hard to understand why no wide players were brought in. Just makes no sense.

Don't forget guys the other players not listed as good additions are in the main pretty young.

Not sure I expected too many of those new youngsters to be instant successes, they're works in progress i'd suggest. Mowatt/Cook/Taylor et al have been brought up and developed through a culture within the club, these other young lads are adjusting to that i'd argue.

Some of these 18, 19 and 20 year olds have moved to a new environment, I suspect a totally different (faster) style of play and quite some expectation. I suspect some will fall by the wayside, but i'd not be surprised to see a couple of them develop next season.

I think initially because we were playing the diamond, which doesn't require wingers...as it is usually 4 CM's rotating in the points of the diamond itself.

Since the switch, Byram & Taylor have done pretty well in moving up the field and because this wasn't to the detriment of the defence (and we are now safe from relegation) then maybe not a critical priority in the short term.

This could in turn give the club a little while longer to either scout the right wingers for next season or to develop players within the club to do that job full time.

Talk in some articles online, that the answer to our winger problem could be within the club already. With Nicky Ajose impressing on loan and also suggestions that Adryan being played wide would maybe be to his benefit?

But who knows eh!?

Yeah i get it about the diamond, it just seems so unbelivably naive and ridiculous not having a real wideman in the squad.

I really don't envisage Ajose and Adryan as the answer when the question is 'Name some promotion chasing wingers?'

If I'd asked you that in July last year, I don't think you would have said Matt Ritchie or Marc Pugh either so....

Would be happy to be proved wrong on them both, but just don't see it happening.

Pretty sure Ajose was playing as a striker at Crewe, although haven't checked on his progress for a couple of months so maybe that's changed???

"New guy could sign loads of duffs again and we restart the cycle."

Doubt Salerno is exempt from this, so not particularly fussed, then again I don't know much about the guy.

Salerno certainly isn't exempt, you just hope he will learn from his mistakes and not aim to sign 90% of our players from Serie B.

I actually think they will have more of a problem deciding whether to keep Ajose than whether to keep Adryan.

Bold decisions are needed.
