Can I just apologise on behalf of my fellow Leicester "fan" who came on here to pointlessly wum. Unlike some of the more experienced Derby fans, he isn't that good at it. The first rule of wumming is generally to avoid doing it when your team is bottom of the league with 7 games remaining.
It goes without saying that we never see him on the Leicester board

Our strategy on signings should include not signing anyone who has a poor injury record.

Blackstarr I sincerely hope you pull off the great escape, especially if it's at the expense of QPR.

It is just so annoying that they can play well as they did after they went down to 10 tonight but that they can only show it for a few games and then they go to playing dire again!

Also keep mancienne as a CB, that is where he plays best.
Hobbs and Mancienne are our best CBs

I'm sorry SBD but we really haven't got one of the best squads in the league if we had our injured players back. Look at where we are in the league. Look at the football Bournemouth play. Norwich have a Premiership squad. Boro are the best organised side in the league. Watford have bags of goals and creativity. Derby have a better squad if you include their loan players who have been brilliant for them. I'd say Wolves, Ipswich and Blackburn have better squads. Not sure about Brentford but they are certainly a better side.
Why announce the contract straight after a heavy home dedeat when we've been dire for 5 games amd our season is dead? I really hope Dougie can turn this around.
To answer RiD, no Dougie hasn't picked a strange team and made odd subs. He pretty much picked his best 11, it's jist the whole squad look tired and demotivated. The season is dead.

Didn't think Darlow did too much wrong. (Though I was a long way off at back of upper BC).
First goal corner flicked on at near post, headed in at far post.
Second, their player runs from their half unchallenged straight down the middle, knocks it right to an unmarked striker who lets fly, Darlow does well to save. Thought our defender would clear it - did it spin back viciously away from him? Guy who'd run from their half puts it in from two yards.
Good save in second half when they got someone clean through inside right, eight yards out.
Third goal did well to save Guedioura piledriver but the rebound was smashed back in on the volley from outside the box - no chance for the keeper.

Overall I thought we did well tonight and would have won if we'd taken our chances. Burke should have scored after a minute, could have scored early 2nd half.
Antonio somehow failed to equalise when we were right on top despite being a man short.
Good to hear the players being applauded off despite the scoreline, which flattered Watford.

I guess if DDV hadn't been injured he may have got more game time recently. Darlow's thoughts will inevitably be turning towards Newcastle now which may have explained some of his recent efforts. Agree that Mancienne is a must at CB especially if Hobbs is alongside him. Wilson hasn't looked very sure of himself this season.
