Said next season, were not buying any tickets or anything in the shop.
The club is losing a fortune already and the club would go bust.
Yet some are saying the fans should boycott even though they don't go
The players will need all the support they can get next season
What would happen if all the fans

LIW, realistically, how many fans do you think could stay away? How much would average home attendance drop by/to?
---------------------------------
The club losing money hand over fist, it can't afford much more drop in income.
Lower the revenue, the lower the crowds, and we become less and less a good investment for anyone.
And more and more viable for chancers
Which has now happened with gfh and Cellino

I'm thinking the purple tee shirts with the number 17 on them will do the trick. Specially from a distance......
I stopped going for a while under Bates but couldn't help myself in the end. My club and all that.
Don't know what the answer is.

Purple T-shirts with a 17 - I think there's a good idea in that.
A visible message - i'd also add "Redfern/Thompson" on the back as well ...... let the chancer really know where the fans loyalties lie ...............

Someone presented that idea to Simon Austin -
He thinks 'Cellino would love it'
makes him centre of attention.

You could get the club shop to put out an official replica purple shirt with 17 on the back and here's more money on the front...!
LIW do you actually read comments or does the spam between your ears just jumble everything up..?

Let the fans who want to go to games to support the players and club.
Easy to say people should boycott, when you don't hardly go to games

I'm not saying you have to do it sunshine. I am happy for you to line his pockets. I am giving you a suggestion as to how you get rid of him.
It is an option.
I have reasons for not attending more games. I'll not bore you with them. I don't care what you think of that.
I am happy with how I support the club. Your view is irrelevant.

If we all thought like you, you'd have no club to listen to on the radio

The primary reasons i'll not boycott is 2 fold.
1. It's my team, my club and my fellow fans.
2. The primary saving grace right now is the younger players. They don't need anymore turbulence surrounding the club than they have right now. They need support - in the stands - not from a pub down the road.
My reasons for debating a new ST are in part due to frustration at the current ownership. However the primary reason I may not (and it is only may) renew, is for personal reasons and that my time and focus may have to shift in the upcoming months.
I'd not let Cellino, or any other owner for that matter, force me or disillusion me away from following my team/club.
Each to their own mind ............
