CELLINO......

if he did get banned again by the football league, any body know how long his ban will be for ?, cos if he is staying then i can't see us doing anything at all, plus with the losses posted by the club would that not mean a transfer ban for the summer ?

have a look at simon austins interview with cellino, doesn't know what he's doing....

Maybe, I think it's a little more orchestrated than that....

Stevie, it is all those who predicted Cellino would not be good for Leeds United. They have orchestrated this to make them look right.

They can probably tell us about what really happened on the grassy knoll that day in Dallas...

“But when I come back, I have to make a choice. I have to decide what is best for the club.”

Not quite correct. Redfearn's contract stipulates that the decision has to be made by May 2nd.

Cellino's ban is not over by then, so somebody else has to make that 'choice'.

Jonty, what happens if nothing happens by May 2?

Does that simply enable NR to talk to other clubs?

That is what I expect.

Jonny, they have to give NR a decision by May 2nd.

I don't know what the situation is if they don't except that the contract will have been breached.

The contract was originally announced a a 12 month rolling contract, so it could be that if not formally cancelled that the next 12 months kicks in, then it gets messy as PFA, LMA and FL are all lining up against Cellino at the moment.

I think one thing is for sure, it won't be straightforward and Cellino will be blaming Neil for this.

Ah yes, that is a possibility too - an additional 12 months is added but that is not a rolling contract, in my mind.

Not in mine either, but the type of contract keeps changing.

Back in November it was announced as a 12 month contract.

Phil Hay last week thought it was a 12 month rolling contract.

So who knows exactly, it's just another thing for the club to make a meal of.

Next will be the kids contracts.

Perhaps 4 of the "Sickly Six" or "Sicknote Six" will be next?

JLA - that was an opinion not a slight against anyone. Seems you're as quick to jump on the bandwagon...
