Interesting. 70% of the match reports state that Zander Diamond scored our first goal and the other 30% state that it was Lucas. Usually the goalscorer is not announced in the ground when it is an own goal and that was the case today adding weight to the probability that it was Zander. Does anyone know for sure? Only those who did NOT have Lucas as our first goalscorer are permitted to answer that.
To adjudicate we will have to wait for the Football League Show and the goals being loaded to You Tube I think.

I have watched the goal about 20 times now and it was a Zander own goal. Funny enough Lucas wasn't even involved in the incident that led to the ball rolling in to the net - it was Kevin Stewart.
These 2 loanees might have ambitions of progressing with their respective parent clubs but I hope we can sign Kevin Stewart and Tom Naylor.

Definite own goal from my perspective. However, I do think that as Beavon should be credited it as he did all the hard work to create the opportunity from nothing.
