Apparently we lack class as fans

Well according to our rival fans we lack class for the way we treat our former players. Lets look at how and why we have treated former players then shall we.

Henry: Came on the pitch for Barca against Arsenal and got a huge applause from the crowd.

Eduardo: Got cheers and when he scored his goal for Shakhtar people celebrated as if it was an Arsenal goal. Huge lack of class there i think

Pires: I believe played against us for Villareal and got cheers.

Eboue: Despite being treated terribly while at Arsenal was cheered on when playing for Gala vs us.

These are some players who have left us and been given a positive response because they left with professionalism.

Now lets look at the others.

Adebayor: Left because he thought he was as good as Henry after 1 good season. Wanted extreme wages that he wasnt worth and left. Then goes on to run across a pitch to celebrate a goal vs us at the same time as stamping on our players. Awfully unprofessional and showing zero respect to us.

Cole: Admittedly i have gotten over this one and would happily meet him and accept him back at the emirates but at the time he cried cause he wasnt getting 5k more in his wages (apparently almost crashing his car) and then met chelsea reps behind our back. I do admit Arsenal also acted poorly with the wages though and meeting clubs behind our back can happen more often these days.

Van Persie: Was injured for 3/4 of our seasons for every year until 11/12. He finally had an injury free season scoring around 30 goals in the process. To him he might have made up for being absent for a lot of the previous 7 seasons but in our eyes he owed us another contract for the support we showed towards him for the 7 years he was constantly injured for us. Then he went on to make a completely disrespectful announcement to his fans and to the club who had supported him. And then claims one reason he chose United over City was cause he thought we would hate him for joining city. Most arsenal fans would hate a player more for going to united lol.

Nasri: Has 6 months of good football for Arsenal and then thinks hes the best player in the league and deserves a stupidly high wage. No thank you. His replacements have been better anyway.

These players have been terribly disrespectful and deserved all the treatment they got.

As for Fabregas I for one think he was a great servant to our club and obviously wanted to play for his dream club. I was a bit upset that after all the eagerness to go there he only stayed for 3 years but oh well. I blame Wenger for him not signing as I believe he would have come to us had we made an offer. But I can understand why some would boo after he went on strike (unprofessional). However I dont think he should be booed.

All the evidence points towards Cesc going on strike, even Martin Tyler said it on commentary today. Yes the majority did applaud Cesc off, the boos were drowned out by claps, this is a fact, anybody with ears can tell this. And yes, it is possible that Zouma's introduction contributed towards the boos because it was a negative sub to go with Mourinho's negative tactics throughout the game. I never stated this as a fact, I stated it as a possibility so it is impossible to call me a liar. My god, wrong on all 3 counts, how embarrassing

And I never called you a liar!!

And I also thought to myself that after not commenting for around 40 minutes that you must be frantically googling 'Fabregas going on strike'!

Judging by your Martin Tyler response I'll take it you never found anything substancial to support your claim!

Chelsea's former Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas:

"I won't deny that it was special day for me. Last night I thought about many moments and I'm glad it ended this way.

"To be substituted at the end and feel the love of the Arsenal fans meant a lot to me. I'm grateful for the life they gave me. Some people will be disappointed in me for the reasons why I left but I am grateful forever."

At least Cesc's brain and ears are working
