I have some bad memories of going to Cambridge. The last time was when we lost 2-0 and Martin Butler harshly got sent off. It was a yellow but their 'keeper made a meal of it and conned the referee.
Prior to that we had the play off semi final, the 2-1 defeat that night being hard to take because we had been cheated in the first leg. A penalty that wasn't and a free kick outside the area that wasn't converted a 2-0 to a 2-2. Atrocious officiating, absolutely atrocious.
Their winner in that 2-1 defeat was a mis-hit cross too.
So we have used up our misfortune at Cambridge basically. I expect them to be disinterested in the game and for us to be interested and too good for them.
We win 2-0 and claim the trophy.

My eight year olds first Brewers away match apart from Wembley so he's so excited. I've even given up my DCFC tickets to watch my home town team win the league.
2-1 to Burton.

We have moved on a long way from old past games.
The Brewers are now the best team we have ever had and worthy of the promotion. JFH will have this team fired up for this game.
The Brewers will out class, Cambridge.

We will be held to a 1-1 draw tomorrow ,but i also think Plymouth will do us a favour a get some sort of result at Shrewsbury possibly a draw also in a tense final day ,thus leaving us still on top spot at 5pm tomorrow .

I'm not counting on Plymouth doing us any favours as they're pretty much assured of being in the play-offs and can't improve on 7th. However, we should be strong enough and sufficiently fired-up to boss Cambridge.

And so the end is near...not so much he final highway for me as the first for nearly three years! Only missed two at home this year but away days are never easy but have to be part of the sea of yellow today.
Noted Otep's comments about previous visits but by way of balance, remember that the Abbey Stadium played a big part in our last championship with Altrincham snuffing out their hosts aspirations to pick up four goals whilst we were going down in Torquay.
But we have Jimmy today, not Roy Mac.
2-0 Brewers.
