Now I know you've gone to bed Bute, but when you wake up and come on here, read what your mate DJ put up earlier:-

It was sad today that when it reached the stage where it was clear that goal difference was going to be the deciding factor, we continued playing the game slowly rather than going for goals.

You state that I wanted Derby to score, that's true, but it was when we had very little hope of overcoming the goal difference. That's a totally different viewpoint from the one you suggested I was stating. At the time I posted it, Derby were 0-1 down, we were 2-1 up and Ipswich were 2-1 down. There was no way we were going to score enough goals to overcome them.

By the way, you only stopped ranting on about a past manager when several other posters on here suggested you give it a rest.

Closed at 39-5

Wicket expected to ease by the end of Day 3

Which is irrelevant, as it will be all over by tea

Who wanted Derby to score...............what a.a55hole.

Never mind what a emotional day it was yesterday and a good performance from the lads, Mr Sako I salute you not only for your footballing skills but for your loyalty to a club you obviously love,it was a master performance form you, I just cant see how we will replace his goals and assists without spending big.

Can't wait for the transfer window to open........

Don't ever assume that wolfie wants the best for Wolves when there is a chance he can "be right" or further his agenda instead.

4th best side in the division over the last 10 games.

5th best since the end of january

5th best since the new year.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
7th best over the full season.

Luckily, this season, The Football League have made an exception to their usual promotion policy and are only counting results over the last 10 games.
We are now in the play-offs.

In other news, because of this change in policy, Kenny has been voted 8th best manager in The Championship, just behind Howe, Karanka, Neil and the 4 Watford managers.

Just pointing out that we are as good as two teams finishing above us cyp.

Teams improve and decline over a season, yes we miss out BUT we are a better team NOW than both of those and have been since the end of November.

And it is 7th best manager, we finished 7th

But the team that finished second and got automatic promotion had 4 managers.

That Jokanovic has done a great job after a quite bizarre start to the season for Watford.

Lost 4 in a row in November themselves by the way, just not so heavily.

When you boil it all down, 3 of the teams that finished above us in the play offs will still be playing Championship football next season.
