Who, in your opinion, has been the most disappointing player this season?
I ask this question on 2 levels.
1. A player that plays for your club
2. A player in the league, but who doesn't play for your club
Note that this is different to who has been the worst performer.... its really who has fallen below your expectations.
For Spurs
1. Jan Vertonghen. I just don't like this guy at all. Of all our centre backs he has the most ability, and he was a captain at Ajax, and is a seasoned international for a good nation, yetstill he didn't have enough professional pride it in him to not be completely rubbish again this season, and couldn't even help to solidify our shocking defence.

2. Angel Di Maria... after his early season showing, I expected him to tear up the league, but hes been rubbish. clearly hasn't settled. probably didn't help that his house was burgled early on.

Really disappointing. While he has been bad in a lot of games recently, his end product is far better then the likes of Young or Valencia. I think he has also been let down by some of the players who got big chances off his through ball/cross.

Di Maria minutes to assist ratio is quite something.

put it perspective
Cesc has 18 assists
Di Maria 10 as does Gylfi.
Henderson and Brunt have 9.
Basically ADM's as bad as Henderson at creating goals and he doesn't even play an attacking role.
