Cellino's absence from yesterday's news conference was a significant departure from previous head coach appointments.
Does this mark a new approach from Cellino? If so do you welcome it?
Cellino has stated he will not be selling Leeds any time soon. This being the case what should Cellino be doing that is in the best interests of Leeds?
What next for Cellino?

Remember you're a referee (of sorts) and a misery churners lackey, whereas I am a free man who does not need to constantly toe a party line.
I know who concedes more often out of those two.
