Vidal..just don't buy the rumour..Jackson Martinez..is he even better than Giroud? and Sterling..meh.

If you don't think Jackson Martinez is not better than Giroud then u have never seen him play. The guy has everything u want in a CF. Height, Power, Pace, Finishing skills, Aerial Ability etc. Only thing against him is his age (28). The fee Porto charge it would be risk as there is no sell on value.

If we sign a CF he has to be 26 or younger IMO.

Maybe it's just me or the limited time
But whenever I have watched him in the CL, his general play has been meh.

Vidal would be absolutely pointless if we are going to leave coq on the bench.

Martinez - seems to be an amazing, prolific goal scorer. A proper CF not someone who plays anywhere across the front but a proper dedicated CF. But, I know little about him.

I think we could win the league with a top CF and competition for the superb coq. Even with the keepers we have.

Buying strikers from weak leagues is always a risk, there's no way to know how they'll adapt, or how good they actually are. So Martinez and Lacazette are both risky options. I want Giroud replaced, but there's no guarantee they'll do better than him.

Never a guarantee with anyone. Falcao, Di Maria and Ozil all played in La Liga, all struggled to adapt to PL. Same goes for a fair number of others.
Even strikers who have performed in the PL have flopped after a big move.

If we did sign Martinez or Lacazette I am sure we would have watched them numerous times to judge them, so we would have to have trust .

Benzema seems to be available.
