Why is football always in the racist

The thing is, the Rooney Ruling won't really change anything.

From about march/april 2014, the whole world knew Manchester United wanted to hire LVG as their next Manager/Head Coach.

If the ruling was enforced back then, sorry but who would it have really benefitted? Because United would still have hired LVG.

How many years/generations do you have to reside in the UK to cease to be an ethnic minority and become British like the rest of us?

No idea groovy,although I think it depends on the individual,and how they feel,integrate and want to be viewed.

Us Brits are a mixture of ethnic invaders,from all over Europe,and now,the world is living here,so Britishness will change and change.........

In the future,it will be hard to say what nationality people are,globally,as we all travel and work worldwide.

It is a small planet,and I am leaning towards just being human,these days.

The ones that don't are wrong however there are some non white British who never fully intergrate with the wider community and then wonder why they are never fully accepted as British

That's fair. It's a two way thing

I find the people you seem to think they are in the know about these issues quite funny.
How does anyone know that their is a lack of opportunities for managers if they are black?I've never seen jobs advertised for manager roles let alone white only roles. I've never heard any chairman or such say he would not hire a black manager. Just so happens managers like Paul Ince, who happens to be black, was a poor manager and wrote "shoot" on a piece of paper or something.

Ruud gullit was given oppurtunties in england by a couple of clubs, he was black.

Find it bizarre how people get so butthurt over these things.

As for the OP, in America a lot is made of racism in sport, especially american football and basketball.

Even atm they are talking about the lack of numbers of african americans playing baseball as a decade or so ago their was a high percentage of african american players not their is something like 5%

Basketball,athletic's,American football,boxing are majority black in the US,so maybe baseball is an exception,rather than a rule.
