Don't shoot the messenger but this could mean another ban is looming.
Surprised there are no articles. Are we all that bored with it now?

Eric,
I'm not moralising here. I said convictions by their nature are criminal.
They are.
The offences you mention wouldn't fail OADT anyway because of proportionality, not criminality. The same as whether or not you get a criminal record.
You even point out that technically they are criminal offences, so I'm not really sure what your point is.
Personally, I wouldn't think of you as a criminal for parking on zebra crossings, just an ignorant ####.

One of the biggest transgressions of Leeds united and other clubs that have had financial issues was the nonpayment of amounts owed to hmrc.
There are rules in place that may disqualify/suspend owners and directors.
Does anyone see a connection between these two?

"There are rules in place that may disqualify/suspend owners and directors." should have been "
There are rules in place that may disqualify/suspend owners and directors for acts of dishonesty."

One off my x-workmates was done for parking his car outside his house, so, being done it means its been put on record!..
People might not look at it as so, but once its on record its been noted and that must mean its something against the law so makes it a criminal offense!..
Oh, he got done for parking his car outside his front door but the car was facing in the wrong direction, which by law isn't allowed!..
Well, over here it ain't!.

Anyone heard any muttering so from the FL lately? They are worryingly silent.

Perhaps they think it's all a bit trivial and not worthy of comment...?

They are waiting for confirmation from the judge that it was a dishonest act.

Eric - Jonty is the FL man! He's away dealing with Wimbledon at the moment.
Spike - I guess that's one thing and I'm sure their lawyers are on it. Nothing they would like more than to stuff MC.
