It's on the BBC now

So everyone (except VC and a few others) have claimed the last bastion of truth is the BBC as SSN has become a mockery these days.

So to the sensible folk out there....is it actually real? Is he using us for a contract?

It's gathering some serious pace if the beeb are reporting it.

No, Benji, some people have claimed this, not everyone. I certainly have not.

In defence of the BBC though, they do put the crap on their 'Gossip' page, so that you know it is crap.

BBC often report crap too, to be fair.

I literally only trust a report fully when it's confirmed by clubs, but it's fair to base an opinion on reports you have read.

Every site posts crap, some more than others, all humans shout crap and all humans sometimes shout something worth listening to.

Some people like kicking up a fuss or moaning about it every single time though

The thing is, you will only ever get a confirmation of transfer (and very rarely, rejection of offer) from most clubs.

It's up to the individual how much they want to get involved in the transfer merry go round up to that point.

True, I'll only start reading into a story once it is being posted from multiple sources. If it's just a one off story I'll read the headline and then carry on scrolling down the page to another story that's not transfer related

And I'll never take anyone's story on 606 seriously when they're saying website g is linking us to some player, what's the point

Yep agree with that. There's only a few sources I trust and with city in particular, since the change in director of football and CEO, there are far less leaks coming out of the club. It really is a case of waiting for them to announce really.

The only thing I would say with us is I'm almost certain us and Liverpool already have an agreed deal for sterling, it is just being delayed announcement until they finalise their deals.

Posted something similar a few days back on their board to someone who reckoned they will keep sterling, "surely the money they're currently spending has to be the sterling money, especially with the anfield development" i said, but he wouldn't have it, he reckons their owners are minted
