A few articles recently have been saying how Tottenham's new stadium will suddenly make them bigger on and off the field than Arsenal. However no-one seems to be putting the cost of building the new stadium into account. It took us a decade to pay of the Emirates and that was with selling our best players year on year and money from the Champions league (which we only got to each year through the skin of our teeth). Is no one taking into account that it is going to be much harder for Spurs to pay off the new stadium because of these factors or are they getting some free money somewhere?
