Leeds and several other clubs were interest in Buckley on loan. Sunderland wanted to sell for £1.5m. Buckley is on excess of £20k/week which no Championship club will pay.

Leeds have agreed a 3 year deal with Dallas with the option of an extra year. As you correctly say, medical is yet to be done. Rumoured to be £1m+. Brentford fans are unhappy.

The main sounds from the club seem to indicate that this means that the Buckley deal is dead in the water with the wage probably being the stumbling block. If the situation changes and Buckley suddenly decides to take a significant wage decrease then it may end up being back on, but until then that's deal is dead.

Buckley I've heard of for a while. Clearly isn't in Sunderlands plans. Perhaps we could move for a loan with subsided wages?

I think signings both of them would be a huge step forward.

In other news, Sky Sports reporting that we've rejected an approach from Swindon to take Ajose on loan.

Sunderland aren't interested in a loan, Leeds are. Sunderland want him off the books completely.

Ajose hasn't even been given a shirt number so assumed we were looking to shift him...seemingly permanently if we're rejecting approaches on loan.
