West Brom's move for Tottenham defender Federico Fazio has broken down after the deal stalled over personal terms.
The defender was at the club's training ground this morning after a£5m deal with Spurs was agreed.
He passed the medical but Albion have been unable to reach an agreement with Fazio and are now actively pursuing other targets.
It is understood the transfer could potentially be revived as a loan deal.
