Bamba and Wood

Great to see two ex-foxes doing so well at Leeds.

Sol Bamba was almost in the 'legend' category at Leicester. He scored on his debut against Man City in the FA Cup and then over the coming months tantalised us with his cool defending and exciting forays into the opposition half but gave us numerous heart stopping moments when he tried to dribble around two or three players in his own penalty area. Loved watching him play despite the panic stricken moments and was very disappointed when we sold him to a Turkish side - Trabsonspur??

Chris Woods never really got the opportunity he deserved at City. When he did come on (usually as sub) he rarely let us down and scored some cracking goals. Burnley away in our promotion year will live long in the memory. He's got a terrific shot on him and seems to find real power with very little backlift.

Hope you guys are happy with them both. Good to see Leeds improving whilst Forest and Derby struggle at the wrong end of the table.

These two have been huge additions, Bamba has been a rock at the back and is a captain marvel like figure for us, a joy to watch like you said. Wood has lead the line well yet has struggled in most of the games, yet he keeps popping up with heroics every week so he can carry on with that if he likes

Pleased Forest are struggling, they seem to do well against us so its nice to be above them for once. We just need Mahrez now

If say wood was motm v weds, needs the right balls playing into him and needs service.

When we signed Bamba, I did remember him taking a lot of risks with the ball for Leicester. He does seem to have toned this down a little now, been brilliant this season.

Wood will get 15 goals + this season.

Leicester have had a cracking start under Ranieri thought it was a mad appointment.

Wood will reach 15 comfortably imo, I have £10 @ 14/1 that he gets 20+ so it will be close if he stays fit

Glad both players are now ours.

Derby was my banker in the virtual bookies, the other 2 came in, but I will live with myself knowing we got the 3 points

Oh so I get one wrong and I'm ridiculed

Tell me .... Did you bet on West ham beating Liverpool or palace beating Chelsea? Didn't think so.

I had a tenner on us remaining unbeaten in our opening 3 games, won 56 on that
