Tis ok fellow Chelsea fans because Sandy gave us the kiss of life just the other day.

He has this habit of writing Chelsea off and for whatever reason his predictions always seem to bite him in the left nut.

Yeah I find these votes of confidence a bit unnecessary. Too many people associate them with managers getting sacked even if a lot of managers who do get them go on to keep their job.

I guess the club felt they needed to say something on account of the fact that we've been so shat.

Key phrase in that statement is that the club says he has the squad to do it............in other words buck stops with him and he can not buy himself out of trouble in January.

i think in avb and grants voc, was to really just say anything without the belief of change

Difference is that Mourinho has nothing to prove at this stage but both of those did. A manager with a proven track record should always be afforded more time than people that were wannabe's out of their depth.
