This is the game im most looking forward to playing this year. Absolutely loved fallout 3 and new vegas (despite the bugs)
Hope it gives you the option to nuke a town again like in Fallout 3
Glad to see mods coming to ps4 aswell.

Can anyone give us a quick rundown as to what you have to do please .
All I've been able to understand is it looks like it's set in cold war America , a nuke is launched and then you emerge 20 years later .
Is it mission based or free roam sort of thing ?

Aleays free roam with tasks/quests available if you need direction. Main quests/side quests.
