So Cellino turns up to see the team. I can imagine the talk in the dressing room.
They've let the lunatic out of the asylum. Shouldn't he be behind bars? Hope he's paid his income tax.
Hardly the kind of owner to inspire a team or to draw on their loyalty, when he shows none of those qualities himself. If he spoke to them before the game, do you think they believed a word?
We have a team of footballers, some better than others, but what we need is leadership, and that starts with the club. What Cellino brings is chaos. No manager, no player and no supporter can believe or thrive in this environment.
I wish Evans had arrived at a better time but right now, he's got the poisoned chalice, and it's full to oveflowing.
No no no Cellino

Feel sorry for Evans, a true football man. He should ignore MC the dictator.

A football club is like any other business. The employees want to do well, for themselves and their families. When they join a new club, they usually do if for the right reasons. If they have been with the club since childhood, they have an innate loyalty. But the players can only do so much and in order to perform, they need to have the other factors working well too - a sense of belonging and purpose, trust in their management, reward for their good work, and positive support when things are not going well, an enjoyable workplace. How many of those boxes can they tick at LUFC?
